PulsarPromo — Deleting your data
Last updated: 23 August 2026
PulsarPromo is a social-media publishing console operated by AronKan LLC. This page explains what we hold, how to have it removed, and how long that takes.
What we hold
If you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account, a YouTube channel or a TikTok account to PulsarPromo, we hold:
- An access token for that account, encrypted — the credential that lets the console act on it.
- A record of the account: which platform, the account handle, the platform's own id for it, what the account granted us, and when that access expires.
- The publications made through the console: title, caption, notes, the platform's post id, the link to the live post, its status, and its schedule.
- Media you uploaded to be posted.
- Performance counts for those posts — reach, impressions, likes, comment counts and similar.
- Operational records: publishing attempts, scheduler runs, API usage and alerts.
We do not hold comments or the identities of the people who wrote them, IP addresses, or browser user-agent strings. See the privacy policy.
Option 1 — Disconnect the account yourself
In the console, open Accounts, find the connected account and choose Disconnect.
This deletes our stored token immediately. From that moment the console cannot read or write anything on that account. Your posts stay on the platform — they belong to your account, not to us — and the console keeps its own record that it published them.
Option 2 — Revoke our access from the platform
You can cut our access off without involving us at all:
- Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Security → Business integrations, find AronKan Marketing, and remove it.
- YouTube / Google — your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, find PulsarPromo, and remove access.
- TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
This stops us immediately. It does not, by itself, erase the records we already hold — for that, use option 1 or option 3.
Option 3 — Ask us to delete everything
Write to contact@aronkan.org from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request", and tell us which business or connected account you mean.
We will reply with a confirmation reference you can quote if you need to ask us about it later.
What we delete
Everything listed under What we hold above:
- the access token, and the record of the connected account;
- every publication record made through the console, including titles, captions and notes;
- the media you uploaded;
- the performance counts we stored for those posts;
- the operational records — publishing attempts, scheduler runs, alerts — that name them;
- and, if you ask us to close the workspace entirely, the workspace and its brands.
What we cannot delete, and why
Posts that are already live on the platform. They belong to your account, not to us. Deleting our records does not remove them, and we would not be able to remove them once our access is gone. If you want them taken down, do it in the platform's own app — or ask us before you disconnect, while we still have access.
Anything the platform itself keeps. Meta, Google and TikTok hold their own records under their own policies. Their deletion controls are separate from ours.
How long it takes
We action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually within a few business days. We will tell you when it is done.
If you are not the account holder
If you commented on a post published through this console, or follow a business that uses it, we do not hold anything about you. Comments are read live from the platform and displayed; they are never stored here, and neither is any information about who wrote them. There is nothing on our side for us to delete.
Your comment lives on the platform. Remove it there, or ask the business whose post it is.
